The SR6006 has been packed with multiple upgrades including networking, streaming, phono input, 2 DC triggers, dual simultaneous HDMI outputs, increased HDMI inputs and an all new Setup Wizard. AirPlay is now preloaded at the Marantz factory. They have also improved sonic performance through upgraded speaker terminals.

Regarding the built in HD radio in the Marantz sr6006, does it require a subscription to something like XM radio, (I have this in my recently purchased Acura MDX but haven't set it up yet)? Thanks.

For HD Radio You do not need to subscribe to any service. You just need a HD Radio Station in your area to receive a signal. Most Radio Stations have not went to this though. Thank you for your question.
