In the misfortune that you need to cancel an order, please give one of our customer service representatives a call at 1-866-224-6171 immediately.  Our customer service hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. central standard time Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday.  Email is not an effective way to cancel an order as the order may be processed and shipped before we have a chance to read the email.
